PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, INFLASI, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM
Abstract
This research examines the effect of profitability, liquidity, inflation, and firm size on the stock price at the plantation sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the population comprises companies that were engaged in the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling i.e., determined the sample based on the specific criteria. In line with that, there were 84 samples from 21 plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2023. Moreover, the data were secondary, in the form of annual financial reports in plantation sub-sector companies. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS program 26 version. The result shows that profitability which refers to as Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive effect on the stock price. Likewise, liquidity which refers to as Cash Ratio (CR) has a positive effect on the stock price. However, inflation has a negative and does not affect stock price. In contrast, firm size has a positive effect on the stock price.
