Abstract

This research is entiled the implementation of Good Governance at the East Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Center in Kupang (Case study at the Construction of the Petuk Bridge). Due to the news in the NTT media about the corruption, collusion, nepotism (KKN) practices applied by the East Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Center in Kupang at the Constructions of the Petuk Bridge. Furthermore, the Good Governance refers ti five principles in its implementation, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. The research applies qualitatively with an interpretive approach. Moreover, the instruments in the data collection technique were observation, unstructured interview, and documents. The interview was conducted with two key informants, namely the Head of the Office, the Head of General and Administrative Affairs, and one additional informant i.e one of the Petuk Bridge users. Based on result, it concludes that impelemtation of Good Governance at the East Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Center in Kupang is well and optimally implemented.
