ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN SOFTWARE AKUNTANSI PADA PELAYANAN JASA KEUANGAN Kholifah

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Armadillo accounting software at Primkoppol Polda Jatim. Technology in Indonesia develops rapidly, so that affects same aspects in life. One of them is cooperation. Therefore, not only to get benefits for the members but also gain Residual Business Result (SHU) properly to make cooperation which is productive, effective, and efficient. Therefore, cooperation needs to have correct accounting software in the financial management. The research applies qualitatively. Before using the software, cooperation at Primkoppol Polda Jatim has used manual methods and Microsoft excel. However, the method was considered lack of effectiveness as there were many problems in the data input which affected inaccurate data reports, installment payment, and transaction data. The results shows the implementation of Armadillo in Primkoppol Polda Jatim has reached 70% in which there is lack of training. This makes introduction and adjustment need to be applied thoroughly for each staff members. In brief, Armadillo has been applied at Primkoppol Polda Jatim, although there is space for improvement in order to be more effective, efficient, and comprehensive.
