PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, STRUKTUR MODAL, DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and liquidity on the firm value of Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023. The profitability was measured by Return On Asset (ROA), capital structure was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), liquidity was measured by Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), and firm value was measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 47 Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 33 companies as the sample. Furthermore, the data were secondary, taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). books, journals, undergraduate thesis, thesis, and internet. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with F-test and t-test. The result showed that profitability had a positive effect on firm value. However, capital structure had a negative effect on firm value. Likewise, liquidity had a negative effect on firm value.
