PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, DAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA SEKTOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research examines the effect of financial performance, dividend policy, and investment decisions on firm value. Financial performance was measured by Return On Asset (ROA), dividend policy was measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), investment decisions were measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER), and firm value was measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023.The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the population consists of Food and Beverage companies listed on IDX. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, with 27 companies taken as samples. Therefore, during 3 years of observation, the data is 81 observation data. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The study used multiple linear regression and data analysis, using classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity tests.The result shows all independent variables, namely financial performance, dividend policy, and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value
