PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the firm value of industrial companies. While profitability was measured by Return On Asset (ROA), liquidity was measured by Current Ratio (CR), and leverage was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research was quantitative with secondary data. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, 102 samples were taken from industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2 years of observation (2021-2022). Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result concluded that profitability (ROA) had a positive effect on the firm value of industrial companies during 2021-2022. However, liquidity (CR) did not affect the firm value of industrial companies during 2021-2022. In contrast, leverage (DER) had a positive effect on the firm value of industrial companies during 2021-2022.
