PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of profitability and capital structure on company value with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The type of quantitative research with research data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method and a sample of 11 companies with 55 total of observation data. The research variables used are profitability measured by Return On Assets (ROA), capital structure measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company value measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Moreover the analysis method used is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The research was processed by application of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that: 1) Profitability has a significant influence on firm value. 2) Capital structure has a significant influence on firm value. 3) Corporate Social Responsibility moderates profitability has no significant effect on firm value. 4) Corporate Social Responsibility moderates capital structure has no significant effect on firm value.
