ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA USAHA MIKRO DI LINGKUNGAN KECAMATAN GUBENG SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of managerial competence, financial inclusion, financial
management, and utilization of information technology on UMKM’s performance at Gubeng Sub-district,
Surabaya. The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative approach. Moreover, the population was
UMKM at Gubeng Sub-district, Surabaya. The data collection technique used simple random sampling with the
Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 89 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis
technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The
instrument test used validity and reliability tests. The result concluded that managerial competence had a positive
and significant effect on UMKM’s performance at Gubeng Sub-district, Surabaya. Likewise, financial inclusion
had a positive and significant effect on UMKM's performance at Gubeng Sub-district, Surabaya. Similarly,
financial management had a positive and significant effect on UMKM’s performance at Gubeng Sub-district,
Surabaya. In addition, the utilization of information technology had a positive and significant effect on UMKM’s
performance at Gubeng Sub-district, Surabaya.
