PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, firm size and sales growth on the
firm value of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). the research was
quantitative. Moreover, the population was Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
(IDX) during 2019-2023. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 12
companies during 5 years as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression
with spss 23. Before having multiple linear regression tests, the data had to be passed through a classical
assumption test which consisted of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasity
test. The result of the hypothesis test showed that profitability did not affect firm value. However, leverage affected
firm value. On the other hand, firm size did not affect firm value. Similarly, sales growth did not affect firm value.
