DETERMINAN DARI NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Pada Perusahaan Food And Beverage Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2018 - 2022)
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the determinants of firm value, which consisted of 4 variables: profitability (Return On Asset),
solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio), managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. The research was quantitative.
Moreover, the data were in the form of companies’ annual reports and financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX). The population was Food and Beverage companies listed on IDX. Furthermore, the data collection technique
used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 13 samples from
34 Food and Beverage companies. Additionally, the data were taken during 5 years (2018-2022). In total, there were 60 data
analyzed. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result showed that profitability (Return
On Asset) had a positive and significant effect on firm value (Price Book Value). However, solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio)
did not affect firm value (Price Book Value). In contrast, managerial ownership had a significantly positive effect on firm value
(Price Book Value). Similarly, institutional ownership had a positive and significant effect on firm value (Price Book Value).
