PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size on firm value. In this research,
profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), leverage is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), firm size
is proxied using the natural logarithm (Ln), and firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The
research method employs a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting
in a sample of 24 companies from a population of 51 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2018 to 2022. A total of 120 observation data points were collected over
5 years. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual
reports. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that
profitability (ROA) has a positive effect on firm value (PBV), leverage (DER) has a positive effect on firm value
(PBV), while firm size (SIZE) does not have an effect on firm value (PBV).
