PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research examined the effect of Good Corporate Governance including (1) managerial ownership, (2)
institutional ownership, (3) independent commissioner, (4) audit committee, and (5) financial performance on
firm value of Transportation and Logistic companies listed on IDX during 2019-2022.The research was
quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 40
companies fulfilled the criteria as the sample for 4 years (2019-2022). Furthermore, the data analysis technique
used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions.The result
showed that (1) Managerial ownership had a positive effect on the firm value of Transportation and Logistic
companies, (2) Institutional ownership had a positive effect on the firm value of Transportation and Logistic
companies, (3) Independent commissioner did not affect the firm value of Transportation and Logistic
companies, (4) Audit committee had a negative effect on the firm value of Transportation and Logistic
companies, and (5) Financial performance did not affect the firm value of Transportation and Logistic
companies.
