PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, companies' growth, and firm size on the financial performance at the Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2022. In this study, Profitability is measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM), Company Growth is measured by (Growth), and Company Size is measured by (Size). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019- 2022. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, In which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 20 Property and Real Estate companies as the samples. Additionally, the data were taken 4 years of observation. Therefore, there were 80 data samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result showed that profitability (NPM) affected financial performance at the Property and Real Estate companies. On the other hand, companies’ growth did not affect financial performance at the Property and Real Estate companies. In contrast, firm size affected financial performance at the Property and Real Estate companies.
