PENGARUH LEVERAGE, LIKUIDITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of leverage, liquidity, and firm size on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Moreover, leverage was measured by DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), liquidity was measured by CR (Current Ratio), firm size was measured by Size, and firm value was measured by PBV (Price to Book Value). The research was quantitative, which was presented by a number and analysis method that used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Furthermore, the data were in the form of a table; to ease understanding and analyze more systematically. The population was Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Additionally, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, with 20 companies as the sample. The data were taken for 3 years (2020-2022). In total, there were 60 data samples analyzed. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the leverage variable with a proxy (DER) has a positive effect on company value. Liquidity with a proxy (CR) has a negative effect on company value. Company size with a proxy (Size) has a positive effect on company value.
