PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERANGKAT DAERAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF VALUE FOR MONEY

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the performance measurement at Public Housing, Settlement Areas, and the Cipta Karya office, East Java province; from the value-for-money perspective which refers to economist, efficiency, and effectiveness. Moreover, the research was qualitative. The instruments in the data collection techniques were documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive since it illustrated the research subject suited to the existing condition. The result showed that the financial performance of Public Housing, Settlement Areas, and the Cipta Karya office, East Java province during 2019-2023 had a percentage average of 86.31% on the economic side. It meant the performance was economic as below 100% of the percentage. Furthermore, the financial performance had a percentage average of 85.49% on the efficient side. This meant the performance was efficient since below 100% of the percentage. On the other hand, from the effectiveness side, the performance had a percentage average of 100.50%. In other words, it was equally effective as reaching 100% of the percentage.
