DAMPAK PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DALAM PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR DESA, PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze village funds management in the infrastructure development and public empowerment in Tumbang Tarusan village. The village funds management based on the Permendagri No. 20 in 2018 consisted of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability. Besides, it aimed to determine the effect of village funds management on infrastructure development and public empowerment and identify government efforts to prevent misuse of village funds. The research was descriptive-qualitative. Furthermore, the data were both primary and secondary. The data collection technique used observation, interview, and documentation. Moreover, the data analysis technique used data collection, reduction, presentation, and also data analysis. The result concluded that: 1) the village funds management which was applied by the Local Government of Tumbang Tarusan village had been carried out suitable to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 in 2018; 2) the village funds management had a positive effect on the infrastructure development and public empowerment which could be seen from the result of interviews also the final result of infrastructure development; 3) to prevent misuse of village funds, the government involved the public in supervising the village funds management by implementing transparency within related to and supported with the budget realization statement.
