PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, AKTIVITAS, LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of liquidity, activity and leverage on company value with financial performance as an intervening variable in food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this research is all food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The total sample after purposive sampling was 41 food and beverage companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, using annual reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using two stages (analysis multiple linear regression). Based on the results of this research, it shows that the liquidity variable, leverage activity has a positive effect on financial performance and liquidity, activity, leverage, financial performance has a positive effect on firm value, for financial performance variables it has a significant effect and can mediate liquidity, activity has an effect on firm value and financial performance and can mediate leverage on company value.
