PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN, DAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, funding decisions, and investment decisions of firm value. The population was 34 Technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020- 2022.The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 12 companies as the sample. The data were in the form of a documentary taken for 3 years (2020-2022). In total, there were 36 data samples. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result showed that profitability which was referred to as Return On Asset (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Likewise, funding decisions which were referred to as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Similarly, investment decisions which were referred to as Price Earnings Ratio (PER) had a positive and significant effect on firm value.
