ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DALAM MEWUJUDKAN GOOD GOVERNANCE PADA PEMERINTAH KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract

This research observes the policy of Local-owned Source Revenue to realize Good Governance in the Surabaya Local Government. The research problem was what the form of policy of Local-owned Source Revenue to achieve targets in accordance with established regulations with obstacles that can realize the principles of Good Governance in the Surabaya Local Government. Therefore, it aimed to understand and determine the Local-owned Source Revenue in 2020 with targets in accordance with statutory regulations that have been amended and agreed upon by the Surabaya Local Government which can realize good management with the principles of good governance. The research was qualitative. Furthermore, the data sources were both primary and secondary. The instruments in the data collection technique were interviews, documentation, and library research. Moreover, the result showed that the policy of Local-owned Source Revenue in the Surabaya Local Government suited to the established regional regulations such as realizing the budget effectively, a priority system, proposing changes to regional regulations when the budget decreases and does not match the real conditions, and the financial statement which had been implemented following the good governance principle.
