PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of firm size and financial performance on firm value. The firm size was measured by total assets, financial performance was measured by Return on assets and Current ratio, meanwhile, the firm size was measured by Price Book Value. The research was quantitative. The data were secondary in the form of financial statements. Furthermore, the population was 12 Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2020. The data collection technique used a saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. In line with that, there were 12 companies fulfilled as a sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 version; to examine the effect of firm size, profitability, and liquidity on firm value. The result concluded that firm size had a positive effect on the firm value of Property and real estate companies. Likewise, profitability had a positive effect on the firm value of Property and real estate companies. Similarly, the liquidity had a positive effect on the firm value.
