PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN, KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI
Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of financial performance and institutional ownership on dividend policy. In the calculation, financial performance is proxied by liquidity and profitability. The calculation uses return on equity (ROE) and cash ratio (CR). Institutional ownership is measured by the percentage of share ownership by the institution. Dividend policy is measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This type of research is quantitative. This research process took place over a period of time in the 2019-2022 period, obtaining 38 data. This research uses the Purposive Sampling method. The sample used in this research used 9 food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2019-2022 period. In this study, the analysis method used is moderation and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this study are that liquidity shows a significant direction towards dividend policy so that H1 is accepted, profitability has no effect on dividend policy so that H2 is rejected, institutional ownership has a positive effect on policy. dividend so that H3 is accepted.
