PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS, DAN SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of firm size, profitability, and solvability on the firm value of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The firm size was measured by (Ln) asset, profitability was measured by Return On Equity (ROE), and solvability was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The population was Property and Real Estate companies listed on IDX. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 20 companies as the sample. Additionally, the data were taken for 4 years (2019-2022). In total, 80 data samples were collected. The data were secondary, in the form of annual financial statements of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The result, simultaneously, firm size, profitability, and solvability had a positive effect on firm value. In addition, in partial, firm size had a positive effect on firm value. However, both profitability and solvability had a negative effect on firm value.
