PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research examined the effect of Good Corporate Governance and capital structure on firm value. The population was Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020-2022. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, 14 samples from 57 Food and Beverage companies were listed on IDX during 3 years (2020-2022). Therefore, there were 42 observations data. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Specific Solution( 26. The result concluded that both managerial ownership and institutional ownership did not have a positive effect on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies listed on IDX 2020-2022. Likewise, the independent commissioner board, as well as capital structure, did not positively affect the firm value of Food and Beverage companies listed on IDX 2020-2022.
