PENGARUH TRANSPARANSI DAN AKUNTABILITAS TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of transparency and accountability on Village Fund Management in sub-districts in Sawahan District. This research is quantitative. This research uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires which were distributed directly and measured using an ordinal scale. The population is the apparatus in Sawahan District which consists of the regent, secretary, government and public services staff, Welfare and Economy staff, Tranquility staff, Order and Development staff, and Order and Order staff. Sawahan District area. Next, the data collection technique is sampling based on predetermined criteria to determine the number of samples studied. The sample in this research consists of 35 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that transparency has no effect on Village Fund Management. On the other hand, accountability has a positive effect on Village Fund Management in the Sawahan District area.
