PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of profitability, firm size, and capital structure on the firm value of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-2019. Profitability was referred to as Return On Assets (ROA), the capital structure was referred to as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), firm size was referred to as Log Natural Total Asset and firm Value was referred to as Price Book Value (PBV). Moreover, the data were secondary in the form of financial statements listed on IDX. The population was 21 Property and Real Estate companies listed on IDX for 3 years. Moreover, the research was quantitive. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 15 companies as the sample; with 45 observations. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The result, partially showed that profitability which was referred to as ROA had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Likewise, firm size which was referred to as Log Natural Total Asset had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Similarly, capital structure referred to as DER had a positive and significant effect on firm value.
