PENGARUH TRANSPARANSI, AKUNTABILITAS ALOKASI DANA DESA, KEBIJAKAN DAN KELEMBAGAAN DESA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of transparency of village fund allocation management, accountability of village fund allocation management, village policy, and village institutional on public wealth. The research location was at Desa Bulurejo, Kecamatan Benjeng Kabupaten Gresik. Moreover, the instrument used questionnaires that were distributed to the respondents who were in the Local government of Desa Bulurejo. The research was quantitative. The population was villagers of Desa Bulurejo in 2022. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 96 samples with different ages, educational backgrounds, and jobs. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The result concluded that transparency of village fund allocation management had a negative and significant effect on public wealth. However, accountability of village fund allocation management had a positive and significant effect on public wealth. Likewise, village policy had a positive and significant effect on public wealth. Similarly, village institutional had a positive and significant effect on public health.
