PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS DAN RISIKO KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and financial risk on the firm value. While liquidity was measured by Current Ratio (CR), profitability was measured by Return On Asset (ROA), financial risk was measured by Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and the firm value was measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was infrastructure companies, utilities, and transportation listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling i.e., a sample selection determined by the researcher. In line with that, there were 63 data samples taken during 2019-2021. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS application 27 version. The research result showed that Current Ratio (CR) had a negative effect on the firm value. On the other hand, both Return On Asset (ROA) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) had a positive effect on the firm value.
