PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL PADA NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership at firm value which was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2021 periods. Furthermore, profitability measured by Return On Assets (ROA), leverage measured by Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Managerial Ownership (KM). The research data used secondary data in a from financial statement. The research sample collection used a purposive sampling method with 91 companies, but only 27 companies met the criteria. Moreover, the research analysis method used multiple linear regressions with Statistical Package for the School Sciences (SPSS) 26 version. The research result indivated that profitability had a positive and significant effect on the firm value. Likewise, leverage had a positive and significant effect on the firm value. However, managerial ownership did not affect the firm value at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2021.
