AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN DANA DESA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN FINANSIAL MASYARAKAT (Studi di Desa Perak Kecamatan Perak Kabupaten Jombang)

Abstract

The Management of the Village Fund Budget from a village development cannot be separated from aspects in a well managed village finances. This management of the Village Fund Budget, the village has the authority to regulate and manage its household in accordance with the authority given. The research was conducted in the Perak village office Perak subdistrict, Jombang district. This research aimed to find out the implementation of accountability in the village fund management at Perak village Perak subdistrict Jombang district. Furthermore, the research method used qualitative descriptive with the interview and documentation as the research data collection. From the research result found that: 1) the implementation of accountability in the village fund management on the prosperity of the public financial at Perak village has been running well in implemented the system started from the planning stages until the accountability stages which involved the public to participated on the implementation of village fund management, 2) the accountability principle has been well implemented because physical and administrative accountability were completed and finished.
