PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN ADD, AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the use of Village Fund Allocation, accountability and transparency of village financial management to the welfare of the community. This research also examined the influence of collectively the use of Village Fund Allocation, accountability and transparency of village financial management to the welfare of the community. This research is a quantitative research with rural community as research population. The sample in this research is obtained by using purposive sampling method based on the predetermined criteria of 152 people with educational background of different types of work. This research with using SPSS tool for multiple regression analysis in the method of analysis. The results showed that the use of Village Fund Allocation has a significant positive influence on community welfare and accountability of village financial management has a significant positive influence on the welfare of the community. While the transparency of village financial management shows a significant negative influence on the welfare of the community. The results of further research indicates that the use of Village Fund Allocation, accountability and transparency of village financial management influenced together to the welfare of the community.
