PERAN PERANGKAT DESA DALAM AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA ROWOMARTO KECAMATAN PATIANROWO KABUPATEN NGANJUK TAHUN 2020

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the role of the village officer in the accountability of Village Fund Management at Rowomarto village in 2020, and some problems that happened during the process of accountability. The research was descriptive-qualitative. Furthermore, the instruments in the data collection technique used interviews, observation, and documentation. In line with that, their result was compared by using some indicators that suited Permendagri No.113, 2014. The research result concluded that the role of the village officer in the accountability of Village Fund Management at Rowomarto village in 2020 had been considered suited Permendagri No.113, 2014. It could be seen from the accountability itself. The process of accountability was started by planning, implementing, organizing, publishing, and reporting. In addition, some problems that happened during the accountability at Rowomarto village occurred only in the process of implementation, i.e. extended development, and organization, i.e. inappropriate budget.
