PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN DANA PERIMBANGAN TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA MELALUI UPAH MINIMUM

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of Local Own Sources and balancing funds on the Against Human Development Index through Minimum Wage.The research method was quantitative. Meanwhile, the research population used its Local sources, balance funds, minimum wage, and Human Development Index listed on BPD NTT in the 2017-2020 periods. Furthermore, the sample collection saturated sampling or used district/city in the province of NTT with 21 districts and one city. Moreover, the research analysis technique used the hypothesis of multiple linear.The research result concluded that first, local own sources had a negative effect on the minimum wage. Secondly, balanced funds had a positive effect on the minimum wage. The third was that local own sources indicated a negative effect on the Human Development Index. Fourth, the balance fund positively affected the Human Development Index. Fifth, minimum wage had a positive effect on the Human Development Index. Sixth, minimum wage had a positive effect on the Human Development Index. Moreover, the seventh minimum wage mediated the balanced fund on the Human Development Index.
