PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016-up to 2020. The profitability referred to as Return On Asset (ROA), the dividend policy referred to as Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and the capital structure referred to as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Moreover, the data were secondary in the form of financial statements. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 29 companies as the sample. However, only 12 samples fulfilled the criteria. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded that profitability had a positive effect on firm value. On the other hand, dividend policy had a positive affect firm value. In contrast, the capital structure had a positive effect on firm value.
