PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Corporate Governance (CG) and financial performance on firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2020. The research was quantitative. The population was 24 Food and Beverages companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling technique, in which the sample was based on criteria given. Furthermore, the research data were taken from companies’ samples which were downloaded from the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Additionally, the data analysis technique used descriptive-statistic analysis. The research result concluded that managerial ownership did not affect the firm value of Food and Beverage companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Likewise, institutional ownership did not affect the firm value of Food and Beverage companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Similarly, financial performance did not affect the firm value of Food and Beverage companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
