FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of budgetary participation, quality of human resources and utilization of information technology on the performance of government employees. The population in this research includes employees on 13 Departments at the Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) of Sidoarjo Regency. In this research, based on the criteria of purposive sampling, 41 respondents were obtained as samples in 13 Dinas Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques in this research using primary data in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the research shows that (1) budgetary participation has a positive influence on the performance of government employees, it indicates that employee involvement will encourage employees and heads to be responsible for each task, (2) the quality of human resources positively on the performance of government employees, this indicates that the government must have the capacity and quality of resources that are qualified, required and supported by the educational background, training, experience, attitudes and skills in their field. (3) the utilization of information technology has a positive influence on the performance of government employees, it shows that the increasingly sophisticated technological development must be supported by individual expertise in operating it so as to improve the performance quality of government employees.
