PELAKSANAAN REALOKASI ANGGARAN DAN REFOCUSING KEGIATAN PADA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract

Covid-19 is not and cannot be considered a low-risk virus, since its effect was extremely big for every sector. One of them is economic sectors which affect government institutions' budgets. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the implementation of budget reallocating and activities refocusing of the budget year of 2020 and knowing the implementation of programs and activities of the budget year of 2021 in the People Controlling, Women Empowering, and Children Protection Agency of Surabaya. The research was descriptive-qualitative. Moreover, the instruments in the data collection technique used interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique was initially from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research result showed the People Controlling, Women Empowering, and Children Protection Agency of Surabaya had implemented budget reallocating and activities refocusing in 2021, which focused on Central Government policy by prioritizing unfinished activities until the end of the budget year of 2020. The policy was intended to realize the success of the National Economy Recovery.
