PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN DAN PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEMERINTAH DAERAH

Abstract

This research aimed to empirically examine the leadership lifestyle, budget participation, and internal control of the local government performance in the Local Agency Organization (OPD) Manggarai Barat District. This research used quantitative. Furthermore, the research population used the Local Agency Organization (OPD) Manggarai Barat District. The research sample used a purposive sampling method with specific criteria given. The research sample used 96 respondents from 20 OPD (Local Agency Organization) Manggarai Barat District. Moreover, the research data used primary data in a questionnaire. Meanwhile, in proving and analyzing the research data, used the classic assumption test, multiple linear regressions tests, also f test (simultaneous), and ttest (partial) with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The research result showed that leadership style positively affected the local government's performance, budget participation positively affected the provincial government's performance, and internal control had a positive effect on the local government's performance. In conclusion, this research result could be the local government's evaluation in improving the local government performance; therefore, it optimizes the provincial government's performance.
