PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of capital structure (DER), Work Capital Turnover (WCT), and firm size (SIZE) on firm value (PBV) of Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2020. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 55 Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2020. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 27 companies that fulfilled the criteria given with 3 years observation. In total, there were 81 data. Due to there were 39 outliers data, the samples became 42 data. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded that as follows: 1) Capital Structure did not affect firm value, 2) Work Capital Turnover had a positive effect on firm value, and 3) Firm Size did not affect firm value.
