PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of financial ratio on the stock return at the property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016- 2020 period. Furthermore, in this research, the profitability was measured by return on asset, liquidity measured by current ratio, and leverage measured by debt to equity ratio. The research was quantitative. The research sample collection technique used the purposive sampling method with determined criteria, obtained 10 companies as a sample with a total of 51 polling data. Additionally, the data were secondary in the form of companies’ financial statements. Moreover, the analysis method of this research used multiple linear regression analysis with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 23. The research result concluded that (1) return on assets had a positive and significant effect on the stock return, (2) current ratio did not affect the stock return. and (3) debt to equity ratio did not affect the stock return.
