PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, LIKUIDITAS DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES DI BEI
Abstract
Food and Beverage is the chosen one for this research because this company is rapidly growth, the number of the
companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is increasing every year. This research aimed to examine
the effect of dividend policy measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), liquidity measured by Current Ratio
(CR), and Profitability measured by Return On Asset (ROA) on the firm value measured by Price Book Value
(PBV) at Food and Beverages company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2020 periods. This
research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research sample used purposive sampling with 9 companies of Food
and Beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2020 period. Moreover, this research used
multiple linear regressions analysis methods with the SPSS program 25 version. The research data analysis result
concluded that follows: (1) the dividend policy (DPR) had an insignificant effect on the firm value, so that, the
first hypothesis was declined, (2) liquidity (CR) had a significantly negative effect on the firm value, therefore the
second hypothesis was declined, (3) profitability (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on the firm value, so
that, the third hypothesis was accepted
