ANALISIS KINERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE BALANCE SCORECARD

Abstract

This research aimed to find out companies’ performance which was measured by financial, customers’, internal business process, learning and growth perspective. The research was qualitative and the population was PT. Babatan Kusuma Jaya. Moreover, the data were the company's financial statements, questionnaires, interviews, and company’s data. Based on the research result, for 3 years (2018-2020), it showed that: 1) financial perspective had increased its NPM, ROE, and CR was categorized good, while ROA was categorized bad due to some criteria which were given within the research; 2) customers’ perspective showed that customers’ merged could be categorized good and the customers felt very satisfied on service, facility, product quality, and quantity which had been acquired by company. However, on customers’ perspective it was bad; 3) internal business process showed that company was able to have innovation, operation and post-service to customers which could gives satisfaction for product and increase its sales; 4) learning and growth perspective showed that each employees were able to provide profits for company and provide satisfaction to employees and the company could maintain the employees to work together.
