PENGARUH LEVERAGE, PERTUMBUHAN LABA, EARNING PER SHARE, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the leverage ratio, earnings growth, earning per share, and firm size on the stock return at the company in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period. Meanwhile, the stock return was a profit return level or the result of the investment that has been conducted.This research was the quantitative method. The research population used the company in the property and real estate sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period with 77 companies. Moreover, the sample collection technique used the purposive sampling method, it obtained 30 companies during the 2017-2019 period. On the other hand. The data used was secondary data taken through documentation techniques consisting of annual reports of property and real estate sector companies for the 2017 – 2019 period. Moreover, the research data analysis method used multiple linear regressions. The research result showed that leverage ratio, profit growth, and firm size did not have any effect on the stock return. Meanwhile, earnings per share had a positive effect on the stock return.
