Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of transparency, organization culture, and accountability on the performance of local government. The population of this research used employees who worked at the Counseling hall of Family Planning Kedungpring district, Sugio, Modo, and Bluluk. This research was a quantitative method. Furthermore, the sample of this research used purposive sampling method i.e. a sample collection technique based on the consideration or certain criteria. This research used a survey method. The data sources of this research used primary data, meanwhile data collection used questionnaire technique. and then, the analysis data used multiple linear analysis. On the other hand, the research result showed that transparency, organizational culture, and accountability had a positive effect on government performance. This result is reinforced by the acquisition of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 52.6% which indicates that the government's performance at the SKPD of Lamongan Regency is influenced by the variables of transparency, organizational culture and accountability. While the remaining 47.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the regression model.
