PENGARUH SISTEM TANGGUNG RENTENG TERHADAP KETAATAN PEMBAYARAN KREDIT

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the joint responsibility system measured by
the ethical values of trust, responsibility, discussion and discipline on the obedience of credit payments to the
Women's Cooperative Waspada Surabaya. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of
152 cooperative members active during the last three years. The research method used in this research is
quantitative method by using statistical package for the social sciens (SPSS). The result of analysis using
Multiple Linear Regression shows that: 1) joint responsibility system measured by trust ethics value positively
to the obedience of credit payment, 2) the joint responsibility system measured by the ethics of responsibility has
a positive effect on the obedience of credit payments, 3) the joint responsibility system measured by the ethical
value of discussion has a positive effect on the obedience of credit payments, 4) the joint responsibility system
measured by the ethical value of the discipline has a positive effect in obedience to credit payments
