Abstract

This research was meant to examine the effect of financial performance which was measured by liquidity ratio, profitability, and solvability on the firm value.This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. Based on the purposive sampling technique, the total observation of this research was 50 observations (10 companies x 5 year) include on the food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the periods of 2015-2019. Furthemore, this research used multiple linear regressions analysis methods in a form of a classic assumption test and hyphotesis test with the instrument of SPSS software. The result of this research showed that liquidity ratio did not have any positive effect on the firm value, indicated that the liquidity was not really used as consideration by the external parties of the company in conduct the company assessment, Moreover, the profitability ratio had a significant and positive effect on the firm value, high profitability indicated the effectiveness of company’s management, and the variable of solvability had a significant and positive effect on the firm value, it meant that a good solvability ratio would affect the public trust on the company.
