PENGUKURAN KINERJA KANTOR REGIONAL II BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN NEGARA JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the performance measurement at the Regional office Il of State civil service Agency East Java with balanced score card. The performance measurement based on the four perspectives which were financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective also the growth and learn perspective. This research was qualitative. On the other hand, the data of this research used primary data. On the other hand, the data collection technique used interview and documentation. The result ofthis research showed that based on the financial perspective in 2016-2018 the Regional office Il of State civil service Agency East Java has given a service among others were mutation and retired. Meanwhile, the promotion has been done twice promotion. Based on the internal process perspective had already conducted an innovation in a form of the implementation of Computer Asssited Test (CAT) and the application of reconciliation od employee's data (AREK). Moreover, based on the growth and learning perspective, the performance was measured by three ways i.e. employees' training, employees' retention, and absence data.
