PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, BELANJA MODAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Local-owned Source Revenue, General Allocation Fimd, and Capital Expenditure on economic growth of cities/districts of East Java province during 2014-2018. The population was 38 cities/districts of East Java province during 2014-2018. Moreover, the instrument in data collection technique used documentation, in which observing documents or data was needed. Furthermore, the data were secondary. Additionally, they were taken indirectly by the researcher through intermediary media, which was taken and recorded by others, which tsken from website of Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency and central Statistics Agency. Additionall, pre-requisite test for data analysis used normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heterocedasticity test. In addition, hypothesis test used multiple linear regression with t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient test. According to the research result, it concluded as follows: (1) Local-owned Source Revenue had a positive efiect on economic growth of cities/districts of East Java province during 2014-2018, (2) Capital Expenditure had a negative effect on economic growth of cities/districts of East Java province during 2014-2018, and (3) General Allocation Fund had a negative effect on economic growth of cities/districts of East Java province during 2014-2018.
