PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of intellectual capital (VAIC), financial performance (ROA), and good corporate governance with calculation mechanism, i.e. managerial ownership (KM), institusional ownership (KI), independent commissioer (KOMIN), and audit committee (CA) on the firm value (PBV) in the anuual report and the summary of company’s performance through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample of this research used Food and Beverages companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research used a sample collection technique with purposive sampling, and by the criteria obtained 65 sample during 2015-2019. This research used multiple linear regression with the application of SPSS 26. The result of this research used: (1) intellectual capital had a negative and significant effect on the firm value, (2) financial performance had a positive and significant effect on the firm value, (3) managerial ownership had a positive and insignificant effect on the firm value, (4) institusional ownership had a negative and insignificant effect on the firm value, (5) independent commissioner had a positive and significant effect on the firm value, (6) audit committee had a positive and insignificant effect on the firm value.
