ANALISIS KOMPARATIF KINERJA PUSKESMAS PANGARENGAN DAN PUSKESMAS KEDUNGDUNG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD
Abstract
This study aims to find out the performance of the public health center in Pangarengan and in Kedungdung by applying the balanced scorecard method. The type of this study is descriptive comparative, which is comparing the performance of the public helath center in Pangarengan and in Kedungdung. The population of this study ae the patients and the employees of the public health center in Pangarengan and in Kedungdung. The data collecting applies observations, documentations, and questionnaires. The respondents are the patients and the employees of the public health center. The result of this study shows that the performance of the public health center in Pangarengan and in Kedungdung based on the financial perspective which covers economical, efficiency, and effectivity as the good categories. Based on the customer perspective, it shows that the performance of the public health center in Pangarengan and in Kedungdung achieve good criteria’s. Based on the business process and internal perspective, it shows that the performance of the public health center in Pangarengan and in Kedungdung are ini good categories. Based on the learning and growth perspective, it shows that the performance of the public health center in Pangarengan and in Kedungdung get good categories.
