PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, dividend, and firm size on the firm value. Profitability was proxy with Return On Assets (ROA), leverage was proxy with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dividend policy was proxy with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and firm size. Meanwhile, the firm value was proxy with Price to Book Value (PBV). This research used quantitative research. Furthermore, the research sampel collection technique used the purposive sampling method i.e. sampel selection determining criteria. Therefore, it was obtained 35 sampels from 7 food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2019. Moreover, the data analysis method used multiple liniear regression analysis with SPSS program 26 version. Based on the research result showed that : (1) Return On Assets (ROA) had a positive effect on the firm value, (2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a positive effect on the firm value, (3) The Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) did not have any significant effect on the firm value, (4) Firm size did not have any effect on the firm value.
